Wow, they got a home run! Got a flat tire and after I got the spare in I decided to gamble and pass by Bolton Toyota to see if the Service Department could at least look at it and possibly fix it for next day. After the service specialist pulled my information, he said they would access the puncture. It was finished in 45 minutes and to my surprise, covered under the extended warranty. Not only it was no charge but they placed the spare back and made sure all other tires had the right pressure. To put the icing on the cake, they wanted to wash my truck but I declined. Congrats to the new team and their hard work to keep me as a happy loyal customer.
